Atrium Health Mercy’s Operating Room seeks a skilled Registered Nurse to join our busy OR team in Charlotte, NC. The role supports a high-volume surgical environment across multiple specialties and requires a compassionate, patient-centered approach.

The schedule is Monday–Friday days with call, 40 hours per week, in an on-site facility with a strong focus on teamwork and patient safety. Competitive total rewards are offered.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using nursing process.
• Maintain safe patient environment and communicate effectively with the team.
