Job summary

Atrium Health Mercy Operating Room in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled perioperative care in a busy OR with 16 operating rooms and 3 procedure rooms. You’ll join a collaborative team with exposure to diverse specialties and a focus on work–life balance.

You’ll have set schedule options and minimal call requirements, including limited evenings and weekends, to support work–life balance. Active RN license and OR experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification.
• At least one year of operating room experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care in the OR using the nursing process.
• Maintain a safe patient environment and collaborate with care teams to ensure optimal outcomes.
