Atrium Health Mercy is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Operating Room team in Charlotte, NC. The RN will participate in delivering comprehensive patient care, coordinating nursing processes, and ensuring safety and quality across perioperative services.

The role requires an accredited nursing program completion, an RN license, and BLS certification. Prior OR experience is strongly preferred, with a focus on teamwork, patient safety, and high standards of care.

Qualifications

• Completion of accredited or approved nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the practicing state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association.
• One year of Operating Room experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• As an RN, provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process to ensure safe, therapeutic care.
• Lead efforts to maintain a safe patient environment and high-quality experience across the continuum.
