New Solutions in Forest City, NC is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse specializing in Operating Room Circulation for a day shift. The role focuses on coordinating perioperative care and maximizing patient safety during pre-, intra-, and post-operative stages.

You will collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists and staff, maintain detailed documentation, and meet certification timelines (BLS/ACLS). An associate degree is required; BSN preferred; NC RN license or compact with NC

Qualifications

• Active NC RN license or compact license with NC endorsement.
• BLS and ACLS certifications within required timeframes.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Surgery and OR Circulation.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

We are currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse specializing in Operating Room Circulation.

Position Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive pre-, intra-, and post-operative assessments to uphold patient safety.
• Anticipate the needs of the surgical team to support seamless operational flow.
• Provide age- and procedure-appropriate nursing care throughout the perioperative process.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation in medical records.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists for superior patient outcomes.
• Current North Carolina RN License or Compact License with North Carolina endorsement.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 90 days of hire.
• Associate’s Degree in nursing is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Surgery and Operating Room Circulation.
