Accounting Search in Rutherfordton, NC seeks a Registered Nurse specializing in Operating Room Circulation. Shifts are 7:00 AM–3:30 PM with 1–2 on-call shifts weekly; respond within 30 minutes for callbacks.

You will work in a collaborative environment focused on safety and optimal surgical outcomes. Requirements include an NC license (or compact), BLS within 30 days, ACLS within 90 days, an associate degree (Bachelor's preferred), and at least 2 years in surgery/OR circulation.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation in medical records.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists for superior patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Current North Carolina State License or Compact License with North Carolina endorsement.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 90 days of hire.
• Associate's degree in nursing is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Surgery and Operating Room Circulation.

Compensation and Benefits:

The position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 annually, along with a $20,000 sign-on bonus.
