Top Echelon LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse specialized in Operating Room Circulation to join a dynamic clinical team. You will perform comprehensive pre-, intra-, and post-operative assessments, supporting the surgical team to ensure safety and efficient flow throughout the perioperative process.

The role requires a North Carolina license (or Compact) with BLS and ACLS within designated timelines, and an ADN degree with BSN preferred. Minimum 2 years in Surgery/OR Circulation.

Qualifications

• Current North Carolina license or Compact license with NC endorsement.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS certification within 90 days of hire.
• ADN degree required; BSN preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Surgery and OR Circulation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive pre-, intra-, and post-operative assessments to uphold patient safety.
• Anticipate the needs of the surgical team to support seamless operational flow.
• Provide age- and procedure-appropriate nursing care throughout the perioperative process.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation in medical records.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists for superior patient outcomes.

Schedule: Standard shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with 1-2 on-call shifts weekly. A 30-minute response time for call-backs is required.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 annually, along with a $20,000 sign-on bonus.
