ASHFORD CONNEX, LLC is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join the Operating Room as a Circulator. You will be integral in delivering expert perioperative care, collaborating with surgeons and anesthesiologists, and maintaining thorough documentation in a fast-paced surgical setting.

The role requires active NC licensure, BLS within 30 days, ACLS within 90 days, and at least 2 years in OR Circulating RN roles, with experience in orthopedic, general surgery, da Vinci, and OB/GYN procedures.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina State License or Compact License with NC endorsement.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of Surgery and Operating Room Circulating RN experience.
• Experience with orthopedic, general surgery, da Vinci, and some OB/GYN procedures.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Operating Room team as a Circulator. In this role, you will be integral to delivering exceptional patient care in a dynamic surgical environment. This is a mid-level position that requires a proactive approach to ensure efficient and safe surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive pre-, intra-, and post-operative assessments to ensure patient safety.
• Collaborate with surgical teams, including surgeons and anesthesiologists, to provide optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date documentation for all surgical procedures.
• Support the surgical team by anticipating needs and ensuring a smooth workflow.
• Deliver age-appropriate and procedure-specific nursing care throughout the perioperative process.

Qualifications:

• Current North Carolina State License or Compact License with North Carolina endorsement.

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required within 90 days of hire.

Work Hours:

Typical working hours are 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with 1-2 on-call shifts per week. A 30-minute call-back response is required.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary range: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 USD.
