Vibra Travels seeks an Operating Room OR Registered Nurse RN to join our expanding network of healthcare professionals. We’re looking for dependable, detail-focused travelers with hospital OR experience, ready to travel to assignments nationwide.

You will scrub or circulate, support the surgical team, and ensure sterile technique while documenting care in the EMR. Enjoy fixed recruiter support and a competitive compensation package.

Qualificações

• 1 year of operating room experience.
• Active RN license in the state of employment.
• ACLS and BLS certification from Vibra Travels-approved vendor.
• CNOR or similar may be required by client.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as scrub or circulating nurse during procedures.
• Assist surgeon and surgical team, anticipate needs.
• Transfer patients to recovery and provide hand-off communication.
• Maintain sterile technique and OR protocols.

Minimum Qualifications:

• One (1) year of recent operating room experience
• Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment required.
• Current, valid, and active driver’s license required.
• Ability to travel using publicly available air and ground transportation.

Certificates, Licensures, Registrations:

• Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment required.
• Current ACLS and BLS certification from a Vibra Travels-approved vendor required, AHA preferred and required by some clients.
• Other certifications may be required by the client. Ex: CNOR (Certified Perioperative Nurse)

Other Skills Required:

• Excellent critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in high-stress environments and respond quickly in emergencies
• Proficient in sterile technique and OR protocols
• Ability to serve as scrub or circulating nurse during procedures
• Anticipate needs of the surgeon and surgical team
• Ability to transfer patients to recovery and provide hand off communication
• Strong documentation skills using EMR
