Job summary

MedCadre is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse in the Operating Room to provide safe perioperative care to surgical patients.

The RN will prepare patients, rooms, and equipment, coordinate care before, during, and after procedures, monitor patients, administer medications, maintain sterile technique, and document actions. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license in the applicable state.
• BLS certification; ACLS preferred.
• Experience in Operating Room or perioperative nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients, surgical rooms, and equipment for procedures.
• Provide and coordinate nursing care before, during, and after surgery.
• Monitor patients and respond promptly to changes in condition or emergencies.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
