Job summary

Kansas City Orthopaedic Institute in Leawood, KS is seeking a full-time Operating Room Nurse with at least 1 year of OR experience, orthopedic preferred. You will provide safe nursing care during procedures and oversee patient transfer to recovery.

We offer 10- and 12-hour shifts, six paid holidays, no weekends and no mandatory call, plus a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for education bonuses.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Kansas.
• Minimum of 1 year of OR experience (orthopedic preferred) or 1–5 years of relevant experience and/or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, effective nursing care in the operating room until patient transfer to recovery.
• Support a team handling complex orthopedic cases with a focus on patient safety and quality care.
