7A Oncology is not accepting New Graduates at this time. This position requires an experienced RN.

UP TO $20,000 SIGN ON BONUS AVAILABLE

NO CONTRACT

Incentives:

• 1+ years’ RN experience Sign On Bonus $20,000 (nights)
• Weekend Differential
• Shift Differential for qualifying hours between 3pm-7am
• Weekend Option Days: WEO rates + weekend differential
• Weekend Option Nights: WEO rates + weekend differential + straight night shift differential
• New Increased Weekend Option Differential: $10.00 RN

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program
• No new graduates, must be an experienced RN.
• Licensure: Is responsible for obtaining and maintaining a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed, meeting all state board of nursing requirements.
• Certifications: Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire.
• Physical requirements/demands:
• Must be able to push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds regularly
• Prolonged standing and walking each shift
• Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties

Unit Information:

We offer a vast array of experiences and opportunities surrounding the care of hematology and oncology patients. We treat patients in all steps of their journey, including workup and initial diagnosis, middle of treatment, and end-of-life care. Daily chemotherapy administration is required, and certification is mandatory. Our patients also receive radiation, surgical interventions, and transfusions. Skills such as wound care, drain care, tube feeding, and pain management are essential. The unit includes remote telemetry monitoring for up to 13 rooms. We provide end-of-life care, including pain and secretion management, working closely with the Hospice team to meet patient and family needs.
