Presbyterian Healthcare Services seeks a compassionate Oncology RN to join the Albuquerque Oncology team. You will provide patient-centered cancer care, collaborating with physicians and the care team to ensure safety, comfort and optimal outcomes for patients and families.

Qualifications

• Requires ADN with BSN planned/completion within 5 years.
• NM RN license or compact license.
• Oncology/Infusion experience preferred.
• Chemotherapy/Biotherapy certification within 1 month of hire.
• National Oncology Certification to be obtained within 2-3 years.
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care across oncology units per plan.
• Administer chemotherapy and related therapies.
• Coordinate care with physicians, APPs, and interdisciplinary team.
• Educate patients and families, including discharge planning.
• Assist in orientation and training of staff.
