Utilizes the nursing process to provide direct patient care for nurse visits in the ambulatory care setting per clinic staffing models. Utilizes the nursing process to provide direct patient care for telephone triage in the ambulatory care setting per clinic staffing models. Responsible for Medication Refill Management as an agent of the provider using approved nursing protocols. Ensures safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, and patient-centered care of patients. Other duties as required
Associate’s degree in nursing State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License BLS certification REQUIRED at time or hire 2 years medical surgical or ICU nursing experience preferred Experience in Oncology or Infusion centers preferred
