Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join Farr 3, a 30-bed adult medical-surgical unit caring for patients with complex acute and chronic conditions in Boston. You will provide direct patient care, assess needs, develop and implement care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, RN license, BLS, and 1-3 years of related experience. A BSN strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program.
• BSN strongly preferred.
• RN license required.
• American Heart Association BLS certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct care to patients and makes nursing judgments; develops and evaluates a care plan.
• Coordinates care and directs assistive personnel to deliver safe, patient-centered care.
• Collaborates with health professionals to determine patient needs and communicate effectively.
• Maintains mandatory education and participates in professional development activities.
