• Provides direct patient care and makes nursing judgments; assesses needs, plans, implements and evaluates care.

• Collaborates with health professionals and communicates effectively with patients and families to ensure trust and safety.
• Maintains mandatory education requirements and seeks growth opportunities within the unit.
