Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program.
• Baccalaureate degree in Nursing preferred.
• Massachusetts RN license required.

• 1-3 years related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct care to patients and makes nursing judgments.
• Assesses health care needs for care plans and evaluates them.
• Coordinates care and directs assistive personnel to ensure safe, patient-centered delivery.
• collaborates with health professionals to determine patient and family needs.
• Maintains relationships with patients and families, communicating with trust and respect.
• Educates patients and families according to care plans and discharge needs.
• Participates in educational opportunities and quality improvement activities.

American Heart Association - Basic Life Support (BLS)
