Job summary

Pilgrim Place in Claremont, CA is seeking a dependable Registered Nurse (RN) for the PM shift to join our compassionate senior living team. This on-call role focuses on providing personal care and maintaining residents’ comfort, dignity, and independence while collaborating with a caring interdisciplinary staff.

You will oversee clinical operations, supervise CNA staff, administer medications, and ensure accurate care plans and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Valid CA RN license and CPR certification required.
• 0–2 years skilled nursing/retirement experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Title XXII, OBRA, and leadership skills required.

• Reliability, confidentiality, and sound judgment required.
