Job summary

Pilgrim Place in Claremont, CA seeks a dependable Registered Nurse (RN) for a PM shift to provide compassionate personal care, maintain resident comfort, dignity, and independence in a mission-driven senior living environment.

You will oversee clinical operations, supervise staff, administer medications, coordinate with physicians, and ensure care plans, documentation, audits, and regulatory standards meet quality and safety goals.

Qualifications

• Valid CA RN license and current CPR certification required.
• 0–2 years skilled nursing/retirement experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Title XXII, OBRA, and leadership skills required.
• Commitment to person-centered care required.
• Reliability, confidentiality, and sound judgment required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical operations, ensuring compliance and quality resident care.
• Lead and supervise staff, including CNA assignments, training, and evaluations.
• Administer medications/treatments and coordinate with physicians.
• Maintain care plans, documentation, audits, and regulatory standards.
• Support safety practices, team collaboration, and person-centered care.
