Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing or equivalent.
• Active LPN license (if applicable).
• Strong clinical skills and leadership.
• Ability to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Supervise professional and non-professional nursing staff.
• Ensure quality of care by making rounds and ensuring resident satisfaction.
• Manage the overall functioning of the building for the assigned shift.
• Provide nursing policies explanations and staff training.
• Participate in evaluation and motivation of staff with the DON.
• Coordinate care with physicians and supervisors to meet resident needs.
• Respond to emergencies and ensure safety procedures are followed.
