Qualifications

• RN license and active practice in the state of Kansas.
• Proven leadership and coaching experience in nursing teams.
• Strong knowledge of clinical documentation and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of CMAs providing 24/7 medical support to students.
• Oversee day-to-day nursing operations, staffing and scheduling.
• Partner with Nursing Director on goals, quality initiatives and priorities.
• Promote a safe, organized team culture focused on student care.
• Coordinate across nursing, education, residential and therapy teams.
• Implement healthcare plans, med protocols, and student needs.
• Provide clinical guidance and escalate medical concerns as needed.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate medical records.
