Hartford HealthCare Medical Group is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our practice. The RN will provide skilled nursing care in collaboration with providers across various clinical settings, adhering to standards and guidelines.

Travel to regional offices may be required. The role requires CT RN licensure and CPR certification, with at least 3 years of medical practice experience and familiarity with medical software.

Qualifikationen

• Current Connecticut RN license and CPR certification.
• Minimum experience of 3 years in a medical practice preferred.
• Experience with medical software.

• Provides office-based nursing care in collaboration with provider.
• Assesses physical and psychosocial needs and environmental factors affecting patients and families, formulates nursing plan of care and ensures continuity of patient care through appropriate nursing evaluation and intervention.
• Demonstrates independent nursing actions based on assessment and problem identification.
• Triages telephone calls and displays ability to initiate appropriate nursing intervention in prompt, precise, and professional manner.
• Assists patients and family members or other clients with concern and empathy; respects confidentiality and privacy.
