Job summary

Hartford HealthCare Medical Group seeks an RN to provide skilled nursing care in a variety of clinical settings under provider direction. You will assess, plan, intervene and evaluate patient needs while coordinating with a Practice Manager and office staff.

The role requires travel between Hartford and Central region offices, delivering high-quality, compassionate care to patients and families. Connecticut RN licensure is required, with prior Medical/Surgical office experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Connecticut RN license required.
• Experience in Medical/Surgical Office setting preferred.
• Experience with medical software.

Responsibilities

• Provides office-based nursing care in collaboration with provider.
• Assesses physical and psychosocial needs and formulates nursing plan of care.
• Demonstrates independent nursing actions based on assessment.
• Triages telephone calls and initiates appropriate nursing intervention.
• Assists patients and family members while respecting confidentiality and privacy.
• Travels between Hartford and Central region offices.
