Qualifications

• Current Connecticut RN license required.
• Experience in a Medical/Surgical office setting preferred.
• Experience with medical software.

Responsibilities

• Provides skilled nursing care to patients in a variety of clinical settings under provider direction.
• Collaborates with providers for office-based nursing care.
• Assesses needs, plans and evaluates patient care using nursing process.
• Performs independent nursing actions based on assessment.
• Triages telephone calls and initiates appropriate nursing interventions.
• Supports patients and families with empathy while maintaining confidentiality.
• Travel between Hartford and Central region offices.
