Job summary

Business Health Solutions seeks an experienced Occupational Health Early Intervention Coordinator (RN) to support the Occupational Health Manager in operating the clinic at the host organization in Tennessee. You will deliver clinical services, health assessments, and case management to help employees stay healthy and safe.

Responsibilities include nursing assessments, fitness-for-duty evaluations, return-to-work clearance, medical surveillance, emergency response, record keeping, and

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as an RN in Tennessee.
• BLS Certification required.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or equivalent desirable.
• Certification in Occupational Health Nursing desirable.
• Experience in Medical Surveillance / Workers Compensation Case Management.
• Ability to organize, plan, and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• 3-5 years of nursing experience.
• 2-5 years of occupational health nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing assessment and interventions within RN scope.
• Evaluate employees for fitness for duty.
• Provide first aid and triage for injuries.
• Return-to-work clearance for employees.
• Perform required screens and credentialing.
• Provide pre-employment and annual physicals.
• Educational offerings to employees.
• Collaborate with client staff and leadership.
• Lead or participate in special projects.
