The RN will provide patient care, collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team, and educate patients and families while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Minimum qualifications include ADN/ Diploma or BSN and an SC RN license. New graduates may qualify through the LMC Nurse Residency Program.

Qualifications

• ADN, Diploma or BSN in Nursing.
• New graduate RN with online program may not meet minimum qualifications.
• Current RN license to practice in South Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care per nursing standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team.
• Educate patients and families about condition and self-care.
• Document all patient care activities accurately.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and safety.
