Job summary

Lexington Health in Columbia, SC seeks an Operating Room RN for full‑time PM shift (10:45 AM–11:15 PM). You will collaborate with physicians, manage care processes, and supervise team members to promote patient health per standards.

Minimum qualification includes SC RN license with ADN/ Diploma/BSN. Prior OR experience preferred; on‑board orientation and ongoing training provided. Sign‑on bonus $10,000 is offered.

Qualifications

• Current South Carolina RN license.
• ADN or higher nursing education required.
• Experience in operating room nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes nursing process to promote patient health and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team.
• Provide physical, emotional and psychological support; supervise assigned team members.
• Document care activities and maintain patient confidentiality.
