Lexington Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the PM/N shift (7:00pm - 7:30am) at its Columbia, SC facilities. This full-time position offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus and requires a current South Carolina RN license with ADN, diploma, or BSN education.

Responsibilities include nursing care, patient education, and collaboration with physicians and the healthcare team to promote health status and comfort. LMC standards and patient advocacy guide daily practice.

Qualifications

• ADN, Diploma or BSN required.
• New graduates without post-graduation experience may not meet minimum qualifications unless through LMC Nurse Residency Program.
• Current RN license to practice in the State of South Carolina required.

Responsibilities

• Establishes positive rapport with patient and family.
• Provides education to patient and family about condition, medications and self-care.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and documents care accurately.
• Collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to plan and implement care.
• Participates in quality and safety initiatives and process improvements.
