Job summary

• Establishes rapport with patient and family and provides emotional, psychological, and spiritual support.
• Uses systematic critical-thinking to guide data gathering, assessment, nursing judgement, intervention and evaluation.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and adheres to infection-control protocols.
• Documents all patient care activities accurately and timely.
• Ensures operation of equipment and maintains inventory and safety standards.
