Job summary

ProMedica Toledo Hospital is seeking anRegistered Nurse (RN) to join the Observation department in Toledo. You will provide patient-centered care, coordinate plans of care with patients and families, and collaborate with the healthcare team to implement and evaluate care plans.

The RN will maintain licensure, complete required continuing education, and support ProMedica’s mission of improving health outcomes across communities.

Qualifications

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Current CPR training.
• Twenty-four contact hours of continuing education during licensure period.
• At least 1 hour of contact hours related to the Ohio nurse practice code and rules.

Responsibilities

• Assess and formulate a nursing diagnosis, and plan, implement and evaluate the care plan.
• Coordinate the patient’s plan of care with families and the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with fellow nurses and support staff to achieve patient care goals.
