VHC Health in Arlington, VA is seeking an Assistant Nurse Director to lead the nursing unit(s) in coordination with the patient care director, aligning with the Division of Patient Care Services philosophy. The role covers unit administration, direct nursing care, and cross‑department coordination.

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's in Nursing, have at least one year of nursing experience and proven leadership ability, and be licensed as an RN in Virginia or a compact state with BLS; ACLS/PALS
