Job summary

National Health Care Associates is seeking a Nursing Supervisor for weekend 7a-7p shifts at our Fairfield, CT location. You will lead an interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care and ensure safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance across the facility.

Qualifications

• Valid state nursing license.
• Advanced degree or certification preferred.
• Experience in supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.

• Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment.
