Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living seeks an experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to manage the Resident Care Department under the Resident Care Director. You will provide on-floor nursing support and supervise care providers while engaging with residents' families to ensure quality care.

In this role, you will conduct assessments, participate in on-call rotations, and uphold regulatory compliance, safety, and documentation standards across the community.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN per state regulations.
• Minimum 1 year Assisted Living/Home Care or Hospice experience as an RN.
• 2 years RN experience in a care setting.
• Gerontology certification a plus.
• Knowledge of Dementia care a plus.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods.
• On-call availability as identified by the community.

Responsibilities

• Manage operation of the Resident Care Department under the Resident Care Director.
• Provide on-floor nursing support to residents.
• Direct supervision of resident care service providers.
• Interact with families and communicate care plans.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, documentation, and safety.
