PACS in Ohio seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to supervise daily nursing activities and ensure high-quality resident care during shifts. The role involves directing nursing services, participating in QA and discharge planning, and maintaining regulatory compliance within a long-term care facility.

The RN will work with the nursing team to ensure staffing adequacy, adherence to policies, and continuous improvement in care plans for residents.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current RN license in state of Ohio.

Responsabilités

• Supervise the day-to-day nursing activities during your tour of duty.
• Direct nursing services and policies for residents in accordance with regulations.
• Participate in the facility's quality assurance program and in discharge planning.
• Ensure adequate staffing and supervision of licensed practical and registered nurses on each shift.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations governing long‑term care.
