Job summary

Huntington Health & Rehab Center is seeking a Nurse Supervisor to lead skilled nursing care. RN preferred; LPN with experience may be considered. The role emphasizes compassionate, resident‑centered care with opportunities for advancement and competitive pay.

Daily pay access and extensive benefits are offered. The Nurse Supervisor will oversee standard nursing practices, coordinate care with physicians and families, and ensure compliance with regulations while supporting a strong team

Qualifications

• Active state RN license.
• CPR/BLS Certification.
• Experience in Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing preferred.
• Excellent technical, assessment and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to meet resident needs per standards and orders.
• Plan and monitor nursing interventions for each resident.
• Evaluate care effectiveness and modify plans as needed.
• Educate residents and families.
• Administer medications and treatments per policy.
• Transcribe orders and document progress accurately.
• Report changes in condition to supervisor, physician and family.
• Coordinate rehabilitation with therapists.
