Northridge Health & Rehab in Commerce, GA 30529 is seeking an RN Supervisor to join our mission-driven team. This full-time role supports the Director of Nursing, oversees licensed and unlicensed staff, and handles admissions, discharges and care coordination.

Compensation ranges from $43.60 to $51.35 per hour with shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends. Weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package are offered, including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance,

Qualifikationen

• A Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university; Georgia RN license required.
• Active RN license to practice in the State of Georgia.
• Supervisory responsibilities overseeing unlicensed nursing staff and nursing operations.

Aufgaben

• Assists the Director of Nursing in organizing day-to-day nursing staff functions.
• Admits, discharges and transfers patients as requested.
• Coordinates care planning and participates in MDS process meetings.
• Maintains communication with attending physicians and families.
• Provides supervision to licensed and unlicensed staff.
• Prepares reports to support departmental updates and corrective actions.
