Job summary
The GreenFields Continuing Care Community is seeking an experienced RN Nursing Supervisor to provide clinical leadership for our nursing team. You will oversee daily operations, mentor staff, coordinate resident care, and serve as a key resource during routine and emergency situations to ensure safe, compassionate, high‑quality care.

Qualifications
- RN license in New York State is required.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Previous nursing supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- IV therapy experience preferred.
- Current BLS/CPR certification required.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to nursing staff.
- Oversee daily nursing operations and staffing.
- Conduct routine rounds and address clinical concerns.
- Mentor and educate nurses and nursing assistants.
- Collaborate with physicians, residents, and interdisciplinary team.
- Respond to emergencies and initiate appropriate interventions.
- Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
- Ensure accurate clinical documentation and incident reporting.
- Promote infection prevention and regulatory compliance.
- Contribute to QA/QI initiatives and staff development.
