Banyan Treatment Centers is seeking an experienced Nursing Supervisor (RN) to lead nursing services within our inpatient behavioral health and substance use treatment program in Baldwinville, MA. This onsite role offers the chance to step into a key leadership position, drive clinical excellence, and support patient-centered care.

Reporting to the Director of Nursing, this full-time role requires an active MA RN license, ASN, and at least two years of nursing leadership and behavioral health

Qualifications

• RN license in MA (unrestricted).
• ASN required; BSN/MSN preferred.
• Minimum 2 years nursing leadership experience.
• Minimum 2 years in behavioral health/mental healthcare; substance use treatment preferred.
• Experience with Kipu EMR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory compliance support (regulatory readiness, audits, accreditation, nursing policies).
• Provide RN-level clinical oversight and determine nursing assignments based on census and acuity.
• Supervise and mentor nursing staff, promoting accountability and quality care.
• Perform and oversee comprehensive nursing assessments and determine interventions.
• Develop and modify nursing plans of care based on patient acuity and withdrawal risk.
• Coordinate patient care with medical/interdisciplinary teams; oversee documentation, medication safety, infection control, and quality initiatives.
