Banyan Treatment Centers in Lake Worth, FL is seeking a Staff Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team and support patients during substance use disorder and mental health treatment. This role emphasizes high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

You will report to the Nursing Supervisor and work full-time on 12-hour shifts, contributing to a compassionate, patient-centered environment with opportunities for professional growth and ongoing

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Florida.
• Nursing degree/diploma from an accredited school of Nursing.
• Familiarity with Joint Commission Standards.
• Knowledge of State and Federal confidentiality regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine care at various levels of care.
• Identify treatment needs and integrate findings into measurable plans.
• Complete nursing documentation per facility and state requirements.
• Review medication logs and assist the medical department.
• Administer medications as directed by the medical provider.
• Provide medication education and integrate issues into treatment plans.
• Coordinate with patients, families, and referrals for post-discharge plans.
• Apply clinical judgment in crisis situations, including risk assessments.
• Tailor nursing approaches to diverse patient needs.
• Build rapport and foster trust with patients and colleagues.
