Job summary

Mercy is seeking an RN to supervise the Cardiac ICU on a full‑time day shift. The role includes planning, coordinating, implementing and evaluating patient care in designated areas while serving as a clinical resource for staff and patients.

The nurse may function as a staff nurse as needed to meet unit needs. Education requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program and an active RN license (state or compact).

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing program.
• Is personally responsible for obtaining and maintaining a current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• 2 years' experience in patient care is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
