Job summary

Levindale Hebrew Geriatric Center, part of LifeBridge Health, seeks a Nursing Supervisor / Hospital Operations Coordinator (RN) to lead clinical and administrative functions across shifts. The role provides real-time operational oversight, clinical support, and staff mentorship to safeguard high-quality care for adults and geriatrics.

Required ADN with BSN preferred, 3-5+ years nursing leadership, Maryland RN license, and ACLS/BLS certifications.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of nursing leadership experience (Charge Nurse, Supervisor, or equivalent).
• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Active Maryland RN license with ACLS and BLS/CPR certifications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ongoing rounding, clinical monitoring, and resource support across all units.
• Perform rapid clinical assessments and triage patient concerns.
• Escalate deteriorating patients and respond to RRT/Code Blue events.
• Maintain ACLS certification and support staff education.
• Mentor clinical teams in best practices and competency development.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical evaluations.
• Partner with units to ensure safe, effective care delivery and handoffs.
