Qualifications

• Active RN license in Maryland is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing strongly preferred.
• 1–3 years of managerial experience is a plus.
• Current CPR license is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all nursing personnel and nursing-related functions on a shift.
• Assess staffing and resident needs and direct care accordingly.
• Lead by example to ensure safe, effective and efficient nursing care.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the Nursing Department.
• Coordinate with other units to ensure smooth unit operations.
