Old Vineyard Behavioral Health Services (OVBHS) in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a Nursing Services Supervisor (RN) for a full-time 36-hour week day shift. The role oversees nursing care across units, manages staffing and unit activities, and coordinates codes to ensure safe patient care.

Requirements include a nursing degree, RN license (NC or compact), CPR/First Aid, and at least two years RN experience with one year in psychiatry, plus one year of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Requires minimum 2 years as a Registered Nurse with at least 1 year in psychiatric nursing.
• 1 year of nursing supervision experience required.
• Current NC State Licensed Nurse (or compact state); CPR & First Aid.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality nursing care on all units during assigned shift.
• Adjust staffing for evening, night and weekend shifts.
• Manage admissions, discharges, crisis intervention, restraints and breaks.
• Coordinate all medical codes and ensure safe execution.
