Medical City Heart & Spine Hospitals, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator for a night shift (7:00pm–7:00am) with rotating weekends. You will coordinate nursing care, partner with leadership, and support admissions/discharges to drive exceptional patient experiences.

We require a nursing degree, TX RN licensure, BLS/ACLS, and 2+ years in a clinical unit, with leadership skills preferred and specialty certification possible within 1 year.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an Accredited School of nursing.
• Bachelor's Degree required at time of hire (Magnet Pathways Accredited hospital).
• Licensed RN in the State of TX.
• BLS and ACLS issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
• 2 years of clinical practice in unit specialty; leadership experience preferred.
• Certification in specialty within 1 year; charge nurse course within 1 year.

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) delivers high quality, patient-centered care and coordinates all functions in the unit. In partnership with the management team, the CNC monitors and evaluates nursing care in accordance with established policies. The CNC serves as a resource for staff and supports an unparalleled patient experience.

What you will do in this role:

• Partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high quality, patient-centered care.

• Assist with admission and discharge processes.

• Partner with subject matter experts and leadership team to support improved outcomes and service.

• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.

• Assist with staff scheduling.

What qualifications you will need:

• Graduate of an Accredited School of nursing

• Bachelor's Degree required at time of hire (Magnet Pathways Accredited hospital)

• Licensed RN in the State of TX
