Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Verify daily staffing and redistribute as necessary.
• Collaborate with charge nurses to exchange resident care information and needs.
• Make rounds to assess resident condition, focusing on critically ill individuals.
• Ensure that each resident's care plan is followed.
• Perform medication passes and provide direct resident care as needed.
• Participate in resident care committee meetings.
• Reinforce training and orientation of nursing staff.
