Responsibilities

  • Train and supervise office staff.
  • Coordinate patient appointments and ensure timely processing.
  • Coordinate and oversee patient appointments, including scheduling, follow-up, and rescheduling as needed.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of patient information, including insurance verification, billing, and payment collection.
  • Maintain inventory of office and medical supplies, and order new supplies as needed.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure smooth and efficient patient care.
  • Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist with the recruitment, hiring, and training of new office staff.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff members.
  • Monitor and maintain office budget and expenses.
  • Participate in meetings and trainings to stay updated on industry developments and best practices.
