National Health Care Associates’ Shady Knoll Center for Health & Rehabilitation in Seymour, CT seeks an RN Nursing Supervisor. This full-time role offers a $2,500 sign-on bonus and starts from USD 50.00 per hour.

You will lead an interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional resident care, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and mentor staff. You will oversee operations, staffing, and care plan implementation, promoting a compassionate, collaborative environment and ongoing staff

Qualificações

• Valid state nursing license is required.
• Experience in supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred.
• Strong clinical, leadership, organizational and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

RN Nursing Supervisor

What You'll Do:

As a Nursing Supervisor, you will lead an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care and ensure the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include oversight of the facility operations, safety, cleanliness and compliance to nursing policies, procedures and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising and guiding nursing staff to ensure high-quality care delivery

What You'll Bring:

Qualifications of a Nursing Supervisor include:

• Valid state nursing license
• Advanced degree or certification preferred
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
• Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with both
• Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
