Job summary

National Health Care Associates (National) is seeking an RN Supervisor for a full-time 3pm-11pm shift in a Connecticut long-term care setting. The role leads an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality resident care, oversee facility operations, safety, and regulatory compliance, and mentor nursing staff.

Qualifications

• Valid state nursing license.
• Advanced degree or certification preferred.
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
• Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and chronically ill with the ability to work with both.
• Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
