Job summary

National Health Care Associates (National) is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to lead an interdisciplinary team and oversee facility operations, safety, and regulatory compliance. This role focuses on delivering high-quality care and supporting residents and families in a nurturing environment.

The position offers a 3pm-11pm shift with no weekends, a $5000 sign-on bonus, and opportunities for mentorship, training, and professional growth within a family-run organization since 1984.

Qualifications

• Valid state nursing license.
• Advanced degree or certification preferred.
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in long-term care.
• Compassionate and empathetic patient care approach.
• Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and chronically ill.
• Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

What You’ll Do:

As a Nursing Supervisor, you will lead an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care and ensure the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include oversight of the facility operations, safety, cleanliness and compliance to nursing policies, procedures and regulations.
