Job summary

Crest Pointe Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in New Jersey is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead nursing teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide clinical oversight across shifts.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, comprehensive patient care, and collaboration with physicians and families to promote resident well-being in a 118-bed sub-acute and long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered active RN license in NJ
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting
• No previous supervisory experience required; training will be provided
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and standards

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure residents receive safe, effective, and timely care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented and documented.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and family members regarding changes in condition or care needs.
• Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on clinical urgency.
• Support adherence to nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.
• Promote a positive work environment through teamwork, communication, and professional leadership.
