Job summary

Coral Harbor Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center seeks a Nurse Supervisor (RN/LPN) to provide clinical leadership, oversee nursing operations, and ensure safe, compassionate, and compliant resident care at our Neptune City, NJ facility.

The role requires NJ RN/LPN licensure, BLS, and 5 years of nursing experience with 1–2 years in supervision, plus strong knowledge of nursing standards and regulations. Join a team focused on excellence and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN or LPN license in NJ.
• Valid BLS (CPR) certification.
• Minimum of five (5) years nursing experience in healthcare with 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and guidelines for nursing care centers.
• Effective communication with residents, families, staff, and external agencies.
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and supervision to nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Oversee daily nursing operations to promote safe, effective, person-centered care.
• Monitor staff performance and provide guidance, coaching, and support as needed.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and facility policies governing nursing care.
• Assist in coordinating resident care plans and ensure timely communication across interdisciplinary teams.
• Support accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Respond to clinical concerns and assist in resolving issues involving residents, families, and staff.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support facility-wide clinical goals.

$4000 Sign-on Bonus for New Full-Time Hires!

Hourly Range: $38.00 – $50.00/hr. (Based on Experience & Incentives) ALL INCLUSIVE

(FT Only) Waive all benefits and receive an extra $3.00 an hour

Qualifications for Nurse Supervisor:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active RN or LPN license in the state of NJ.

• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.

• Minimum of five (5) years of nursing experience in a hospital, nursing home, or other healthcare setting, with at least one (1) to two (2) years in a supervisory role.

• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines for nursing care centers.

• Effective communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with residents, families, staff, and external agencies.

• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to guide, support, and collaborate with team members.

• Ability to work collaboratively while maintaining accountability and high standards of care.
